I’m a founder of multiple companies, an ultramarathon runner, and a dad navigating life with late diagnosed ADHD.
I started running as a coping mechanism and it has become a platform for advocacy around focus, pushing our personal limits and channeling the positives into meaningful outcomes.
My aim is to get conversations going and bring awareness to the challenges of neurodiversity so others can learn how to support and how to be supported.
